The challenge was to provide Global Yellow Belt capability across locations in 125 countries around the world. We delivered:

  • Customisation of 36 e-Learning lessons from our standard products with our clients business improvement branding using their own case study examples
  • Developed in under 30 weeks
  • Net promoter score of 87%.

Results: Deployed to 10,000 users – 2,668 in the first 60 days!

Online exam development across a global organisation

The challenge was to develop an online exam that increase the speed of exam marking and reduce error in paper based examinations. We delivered:

  • Fully online e-Exam
  • A database of online randomly generated unique questions for each delegate
  • Secure online platform ensuring no exam results are lost.

Results: Exam result lead time reduced to a few second with saving in excess of £100k.

Improvement induction programme for all graduate entry employees

The challenge was to provide a 2 day classroom based induction for graduate employees in 3 corporate development programmes. We delivered:

  • Development of classroom materials
  • Development of engaging and fun simulation
  • Delivery of bespoke ‘”train the trainer” course for client’s internal staff.

Results: 250 employees through the programme in the first year.

Distance Learning Development

With severe travel restrictions in place; training in process and quality improvement was still an important need across this global IT function. The learning team developed a solution that allowed delegates across 10 different geographical locations to experience the training as virtual learning whilst still retaining key features of team-working and team-building. We delivered:

  • Delivery of 40-hours of virtual learning to 14 delegates in 10 graphically-dispersed locations.
  • Enabled team-working and team-building in a virtual environment.

Results:100% of delegates rated the course and course tutor 4 or 5 out of 5 (5=extremely satisfied) and would recommend the course to others.
