Dr. Noriaki Kano special workshop with PMI 6th August 2010

Dr. Kano is one of the world’s leading authorities on the application of quality management and we are delighted to be hosting a special workshop with him.

Dr. Kano’s experiences and authority go beyond his famous “Model” - he has always been stimulating, challenging and amusing in approaching the universal challenge of helping leaders in their efforts to make organisations perform as they should be able to.

Lean Government: Implementing Change to Create More Value

Along with the CQI, we will be sponsoring this event which will brief delegates on the public sector financial environment for the next few years as well as highlighting Lean approaches to delivering improved and more efficient services.
