We are headquartered in the UK and our operational base is located near Birmingham – our head office is the main point of contact for all our services. With our global capability and capacity we operate across the world in several European and Asian languages. Within our international network of consultants and organisations we are able to offer our vast experience of global improvement programmes.
 

In the Middle East we operate a subsidiary company - PMI Middle East. From our office base in Dubai we offer our services in both Arabic and English across the gulf region. As founder members of Main Consulting International our services are available in France and Spain through our integrated partner organisations in the local languages.

Through our franchise partners ChangeAct in Mauritius we can offer our renowned Lean and Six Sigma training throughout the Indian Ocean Region. ChangeACT is a consulting company specialising in Management, Quality, Food Safety and Environment. ChangeACT is the sole Accredited Agent for PMI Lean, Six Sigma and Business Improvement throughout Mauritius, The Seychelles, Reunion and Madagascar.
