Lean Essentials Launch

PMI are pleased to announce the launch of the Lean Essentials Series from essential.genius, the online learning series which makes Lean process excellence simple.

Latest Public Training Dates Announced

The latest public training dates for the Lean Workshop have been added at our London venue on 31st March - 2nd April 2009.  Along with courses scheduled at our training venue in Meriden in June, September and December 2009 this forms an integral component of our ever-popular public training programmes run in association with the CQI.  The Lean Workshop complements our Six Sigma and Business Improvement training and teaches delegates the tools and techniques of Lean based improvement. Our congratulations to essential.genius

Process Essentials Series Online Launch

PMI are delighted to announce the online launch of our Process Essentials series, the latest in online learning design pioneered by our e-Services subsidiary essential.genius.

The Process Essentials series takes users around the PMI Improvement Cycle – our proven methodology for business improvement.  Along the way theoretical concepts are presented and then applied by the team at Presto Pizza, our fictional case study company.
The series is for anyone who is involved in or is thinking about improving their business processes in some way.

New Public Training Course Dates Announced

PMI are pleased to announce our new public training dates for 2008/09 which include the addition of a new venue and a new course. 

In partnership with Carnegie Enterprise in Scotland, we are pleased to offer a Scottish venue for our popular Six Sigma Green Belt course with the first training programme to be held in October, followed by dates throughout 2009.  In conjunction with this we are delighted to be able to offer a cashback incentive of £200 for all delegates who book a Green Belt course in Scotland in conjunction with  a Black Belt Conversion course in England.
