11th Annual Process Excellence Summit & Awards

We were delighted to recently sponsor and present at the 11th Annual Process Excellence Summit and Awards held in Chelsea, London.
The summit was well attended by Process Excellence professionals with Jan Gillett and Jane Seddon's presentation on Transformation being very well received.

The event was particularly successful for one of the visitors to our stand who won one of two Tiffany Bracelets that had been hidden by the organisers!

In addition to the seminars and exhibition the event also included the Process Excellence Awards which have been established to honour, recognise and celebrate projects that demonstrate true best practices.   

We sponsored the “Best Process Improvement Award” which was won by Deutsche Post DHL, with an honorary mention for Credit Suisse.  The award was presented by Rebecca Seddon who said “We are delighted to sponsor the Best Process Improvement award. It’s great to see so many people enthusiastic about improvement across all the award categories.”
