PMI Present at the Asian Network for Quality 2007

In October 2007 PMI’s Jane Seddon and Jan Gillett addressed the 5th Asian Network for Quality Congress (ANQ), held in Seoul, Korea. They presented their recent paper: Beyond Six Sigma – Heart Centred Improvement (PDF, 88K). With an impressive range of research and practice papers from over 20 countries across Asia, this is a landmark event.
