Self Delivery

As your improvement work matures, you may wish to develop your own internal training capabilities. We have three service areas to assist:

1. “Off-the-Shelf” Learning Content: Self-Delivery Workshops & E-learning

We offer a growing range of workshops packages available to purchase “off-the-shelf”. Complete with tutor notes and guidelines on exercises, these packages will guide you through how to self-deliver an improvement workshop. In addition to classroom material we can enhance our self-delivered packages by including set number of licences for our award winning e-Learning content which supplements the classroom learning. Our substantial range of e-learning courses are often used by clients to widely support their improvement programmes by spreading awareness, knowledge and building capability amongst a wide audience. 2. Train the Trainer and Licencing:

The entire PMI body of knowledge including our courses, simulations and exercises is available for licencing by clients for internal delivery by accredited presenters. We have a “train the trainer” process for our programmes and a full support package to facilitate the development of capable presenters. Contact us to find out more.
