Executive Leadership Workshop

Credited with being the origin of success in many of PMI's organisational change clients, this course tackles the main principles and challenges of successful, sustained, organisation wide transformation. Delegates build a basic change model for their circumstances and commence the journey towards achieving their organisations goals. Individually designed sessions enable to leaders understand the basic thinking, the methods to be used, issues to be faced and how to support the whole change effort.
