Public training programmes

In association with CQI, the world’s longest-established quality body, we offer public Six Sigma training programmes focused on developing practitioner skills.  They’re open to everyone and deliver the same outstanding training we’ve given to some of the world’s most successful businesses.

Our public training courses are held at the CQI headquarters in central London near Hyde Park Corner, at our own headquarters in the Midlands near Birmingham International Airport or from our Manchester office in the city centre - a short walk from Manchester Picadilly station. 

We also offer in-house training anywhere in the world as well as providing a range of online options.

Online Yellow Belt

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Lead or support change.  Our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training helps delegates understand their role in leading or supporting process improvement.  In two 5-day modules over 2 months, teaching of lean and process improvement tools and techniques is integrated with real improvement projects. Six Sigma Black Belt Conversion

Take it to the next level.  Black Belt Conversion is designed to enable practising Green Belts or Mastering Process Improvement (500-series) graduates to develop specialist Six Sigma and statistical skills and operate in Six Sigma deployment environments.  Ten days’ training over 2 months integrate coursework with a project to embed learning and ensure a return on investment.
