In association with CQI, the world’s longest-established quality body, we offer public Six Sigma training programmes focused on developing practitioner skills.  They’re open to everyone and deliver the same outstanding training we’ve given to some of the world’s most successful businesses.

PMI offers public training programmes at CQI headquarters in central London near Hyde Park Corner, or our own headquarters in the Midlands near Birmingham International Airport.  We also offer in-house training anywhere in the world as well as providing a range of online options.

Six Sigma Black Belt Conversion

Take it to the next level.  Black Belt Conversion is designed to enable practising Green Belts or Mastering Process Improvement (500-series) graduates to develop specialist Six Sigma and statistical skills and operate in Six Sigma deployment environments.  Ten days’ training over 2 months integrate coursework with a project to embed learning and ensure a return on investment.
