Black Belt Conversion

Our Six Sigma Black Belt Conversion programme is for Green Belts who want to generate more benefits for their organisation by building on their qualifications and experience in variability reduction. If you have completed your Green Belt with a provider other than PMI CQI you can become eligible to complete this course by completing our pre-assessment course.

The programme is split into two modules of 5 days each, with a month in between.

Who should attend?

Highly motivated individuals working in improvement. Training is intense and requires evening study between teaching days. Candidates must be highly motivated to lead improvement work. They should be literate and confident with complex numbers. The course requires Minitab - a statistical computer software programme, which can be purchased from us at a preferential rate (volume discounts can be applied).

To take part in the Black Belt Conversion programme delegates must have completed a PMI Mastering Process Improvement programme (500 series) or a Six Sigma Green Belt programme and used the methods in process variability reduction work.

Qualified elsewhere?

If you have completed your Green Belt with a provider other than PMI CQI you can become eligible to complete a PMI CQI Black Belt Conversion course by completing our pre-assessment programme.  Once successfully complete the £600 fee is deducted from the cost of your Black Belt course! Call us now to discuss your development plan or learn more about the pre-assessment programme here.
