Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Gain core competence in Lean Six Sigma.  This two module programme teaches the best process improvement, lean and six sigma tools/methods and their application using our powerful Improvement Cycle. Suitable for anyone looking to generate business improvements in areas such as customer satisfaction, service delivery, cost control, process performance, new product introduction to name but a few. Understanding why and how things vary is at the heart of our approach; empowering you to make informed decisions when tackling change. This course is based on 25 years of PMI’s experience and has a depth and breadth of content that can generate rapid return on investment and a potent organisational resource.

The programme is split into two modules of 5 days each, with a month in between.  The course uses lectures, group exercises, simulation, webinars and e-Learning to ensure a firm grasp of the Lean Six Sigma methodology, tools and techniques.

All Green Belt delegates receive a 24 month licence for the Online Yellow Belt e-Learning series, a copy of the PMI Process Manager Handbook, comprehensive training manuals, online examination and certification upon successful completion. The course also includes a start-up webinar hosted by a PMI consultant prior to the classroom training.

Delegates representing every organisational function have participated in this programme.  Many of our clients have used it to introduce managers and staff to process improvement, Six Sigma and lean. Green Belt training is appropriate not only for those selected to be improvement project team leaders but for local directors and any leader or facilitator whose job includes process improvement and management.

All PMI Lean Six Sigma Green Belt graduates can go on to convert their qualification to a Six Sigma Black Belt through our 2-week Black Belt Conversion training programme and a project and examination.
