Lean Workshop; Applying Lean Methodologies

This workshop will ensure that delegates will understand how Lean and Six Sigma can work together as an integrated system for improvement.  This 3 day seminar allows delegates to practice Lean techniques in a teaching environment to maximise learning and see how concepts work in a practical situation.
 

Who should attend?

Qualified Green or Black Belts in Six Sigma.  If you are not qualified in Six Sigma then you can complete the  Online Yellow Belt, which will give you an understanding of Six Sigma and Business Improvement and ensure that you have the knowledge to attend the Lean Workshop.  The Online Yellow Belt is included in the course fee. Find out more about the Online Yellow Belt.
