Lean Workshop; Applying Lean Methodologies

This workshop will ensure that delegates will understand how Lean and Six Sigma can work together as an integrated system for improvement.  This 3 day seminar allows delegates to learn how to lead Lean process improvement projects bringing continued and ongoing value to their organisation.

Throughout the workshop, the fundamentals of Lean are covered both practically and theoretically. A  series of highly developed training simulations are used to allow delegates to practice the techniques in  a teaching environment. A selection of the topics covered include:

• Waste, uneveness and overburden
• 5S and 8 wastes
• Takt, cycle and lead time
• Flow, pull systems, continuous flow and Just in Time (JIT)
