Lead Lean Projects Effectively
This 5 day programme teaches the tools and techniques of Lean based improvement using the renowned PMI improvement methodology. Throughout the course, delegates will learn how to lead Lean process improvement projects bringing continued and ongoing value to their organisation. This course will ensure delegates understand the techniques for identifying and removing waste from business processes whilst laying the foundation for understanding the process of six sigma.
