From our foundation in 1984 when we were endorsed by Deming, we used “Process” in our company’s name, indicating that our business would focus on answering a vital leadership question “By what method?”
30 years on we continue to prosper because we help our clients succeed – success that is underpinned by our philosophy of a different kind of improvement – the System of Profound Knowledge.
