The programme is split into two modules of 5 days each, with a month in between. The course uses lectures, group exercises, simulation, webinars and e-Learning to ensure a firm grasp of the Lean Six Sigma methodology, tools and techniques.
Understanding why and how things vary is at the heart of our approach; empowering you to make informed decisions when tackling change.
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt comprises:
Week One: (foundation week) you will discover how to define and streamline a process, understand process improvement and to use control charts to make more informed decisions and lock in the improvements you made with process standardisation.
Week Two: you will be introduced to value stream mapping, how to identify waste in a process, how to measure and reduce variation and how to manage change in your organisation, moving towards a culture for continuous improvement.
“This was an excellent course, encouraging me to look at work problems in terms of the process and providing robust tools to do something about it.”
Our Lean Six Sigma Full Certified Green Belt course is based on 30 years of PMI’s experience and has a depth and breadth of content that can generate a rapid return on investment and a potent organisational resource.
